Investment Banking Analyst

We are currently partnered with a specialty boutique Real Estate Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their team. This Investment Banking Analyst will have the opportunity to join a team that is on track to have another great year while gaining experience across Debt & Equity Capital Markets.

Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assisting in the execution of debt / equity raise transactions, mostly on the sell-side.
• Conducting extensive CRE industry and market research.
• Creating and owning financial models throughout transaction life cycle.
• Strategic advisory and project execution across various capital markets products.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Investment Banking.
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance or related fields.
• Real Estate industry experience.
• Personable, strong work ethic, and coachable.
• Prior work experience within Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Private Credit/Debt, Capital Structure Advisory.
